How Anastasia Muravyova's Expertise Is Progressing

Before my collaboration with Anastasia, a live online webinar was held on the Bizon platform, afterword I created an auto webinar on the Getkurs platform with the automatic sales funnel process.


It took me 1 month to create a sales system.

I created a landing page by entering a name and e-mail, after clicking on the "REGISTER" button, the person is redirected to the thank you page with buttons on the bot.

After a technical check of the entire funnel, I set about creating an advertising campaign
(The budget is very small about 4$/day for the campaign)

3 Adsets were created with different audiences, but with the same creatives:


Adset 1 - for women from 25 to 50 living in the European Union without interests

Adset 2 - Russia LaL1% on the visiters the site

Adset 3 - Female audience from 25 to 50, living in Russia, Demographic interests: married, in a relationship, divorced + interested in femininity, love, self-confidence, meditation
The sales department was not immediately connected and, moreover, it needed to be strengthened. What action was taken: We contacted a sales expert who conducted intensive training for people from the sales department

The results for 3 months work of the autofunnel are not very satisfying:
  • 215$ was spent on advertising,
  • 254 registrations for $0,8/registration.
  • Revenue: 129$
  • ROMI: 60.21%

We suspended advertising and decided to change the strategy.


I suggested to creat uniqueness that will differ from competitors.A free weekly meeting was created for every Tuesday, with an expert in chat on Telegram


Within 2 months, the target audience was getting warmer:

  • by sending e-mails regularly,
  • weekly meetings on Tuesday on Telegram,
  • posts and stories on Instagram.

The trust and recognition of the expert grew.


The number of subscribers has increased in Youtube channel

On November 21, 2021, a live online workshop "Femininity as a tool for a happy life" was held on the Getkurs platform. The expert used the presentation, this time the selling part was present.

How did we promote this webinar?

After consulting with the expert, we decided to focus on organic promotion + paid mailing on Instagram


The landing page led to a bot that received a series of warm-up emails. The first e-mail contains a link to a free gift, where the client must first input their contact info. After completing this, they will then receive their free gift

Reminder emails and notifications with a link to enter the webinar room were configured manually.


This time the sales department started to make calls to clients after registraitions


The recording of the webinar offered for 3$ + a bonus some practice

Results:

Was spent about 26$

Number: 50 leads, 18 of them stayed until the end of live webinar

3 sales of course and 1 sale of recording of webinar

REVENUE: 320$

ROMI - 1209%

On November 21, 2021, a live online workshop "Femininity as a tool for a happy life" was held, on the basis of which I created an auto-webinar with a choice of time (15.00 and 19.00 Moscow time)


The autofunnel of confirmation and notification letters was created according to the processes on the Getkurs platform. An autofunnel has also been created with booster letters after the webinar


An advertising campaign was launched on a small budget of 5$ / day. I created 5 creatives with different offers and 3 texts.

Because of the low budget, it was difficult to test all creatives at the time, but 2 of them showed the best results.


The advertising campaign was set up according to the Power 5 method (recommended by Facebook) and on CBO (the budget is set at the campaign level, and the algorithm dynamically funds exactly the ad group that brings the maximum results at the lowest cost)


At the moment there was only one adset left to get better results.

RESULT:

The advertising campaign ran for 17 days and generated 45 leads. Spent amount 84$

Half of leads watched the webinar, some of them entered to the Telegram chat for sessions on Tuesdays. One order was left for a VIP package for 347$.

We decided to create a SUPPORT CLUB for a small payment every MONTH and it is already realized. THE IDEA WAS ACCEPTED WITH GRATITUDE OF MANY WOMEN!
